In case you can’t pay your E-challan online, you can try using the virtual court payment option. It’s a way to handle your case without going to a physical court. Once you get a text message about your case, you can check the virtual court website to pay. Sometimes, it might take a few days for the website to update after you get the text. If you can’t find your case right away, wait for about a week.

  1. How to find your challan on the virtual court website.

    • Go to the court’s website
      • When you arrive at the website, you’ll first need to pick your state from the dropdown menu. If you don’t see your state listed, don’t worry; it only shows the states where virtual court facilities are available. Just make sure to select your state accurately from the provided options.

      • Mobile Number: You can search by using your phone number.

      • Challan / Vehicle No: You can Search by your challan number or by using the vehicle number.

      • Party Name: You can also search by using your name. (This is the name of the party against whom the case is filed generally it is Government of Uttar Pradesh vs. You)

      • CNR Number: CNR is a unique number assigned to each case filed in district and taluka courts.

Once you fill in your details and press the submit button you will be able to see the details of your case.
